I am going to share how to stop eating too much chocolate even if you feel helplessly drawn to the sweet treat. 3. A 15 minute walk will do the trick. 15 minutes is the length of time researchers found it take people to walk in order for them to "forget" about their craving.
4. Avoid getting too hungry. When you are overly hungry your mind will focus on chocolate and you will feel like you need a fix. Avoid hunger by eating small frequent meals throughout the day and carry with you healthy low-cal snacks like veggies or a low-fat cheese stick.
5. Clear your palate. Sometime a chocolate craving can come on after you finish a meal, you just want something a little sweet. To disrupt this clear the taste of food out of your mouth by drinking a glass of water or brushing your teeth.
