Here is the recipe for a whey protein milk shake.
Chocolate Protein Shake
1 glass of milk.
2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate whey powder.
1 frozen banana.
A handful of ice cubes if you want an ice blended milk drink.
In the above recipe, the frozen banana is important, as that is what gives the drink a frothy texture. If you are allergic to milk, you can replace milk with soy milk. The above recipe will give you up to 2 glasses of milk shakes. Each glass has about 20g to 30g or proteins, depending on the type of protein powder that you use.

3 eggs.
1 frozen banana.
1 scoop of milo for taste.
A handful of ice cubes.
Note that you are essentially replacing the protein powder with eggs. Eggs are very rich in protein and can be a close substitute for protein powder. For the average person, that may be enough.
